We are a family run guesthouse, situated just 2 minutes walk from the wonderful beaches of Great Yarmouth, Brittania Pier and Regent Road shopping area.
We have 2 en-suite family rooms (sleeps 2-4), 1 superior family en-suite (sleeps upto 5) and standard doubletwin room and a single room. The standard rooms all have their own washing facilities and their own toilet and shower outside the room.All rooms have central heating and high standard double glazed windows, TVDVD players, Freeview and tea and coffee making facilities.We have a licensed bar, with brand name beers (Stella, Becks, Fosters) starting at £1.50 a bottle, and brand name spirits (Smirnoff, Jack Daniels, Bacardi) starting at £1.50.We are baby and child friendly, offering free loan of a travel cot and highchair if required. Our guest loungebar area (which is our own lounge too!) also has many toys and games for your children to play with.Wireless broadband is available free-of-charge to any guest with a wireless-enabled laptop during their visit.We are a no-smoking guest house, but we do have an outside seating area for those who still like a puff!If you don't fancy going out to one of the many quality cafes and restaurants in the area, we can even do an evening meal for you for just £6.50pppn (minimum 2 people) for a two-course meal - but please contact us in advance to arrange this.
